Hey there, Mama! Being a new mom can be exhausting and challenging. Implementing a great fitness plan will make a huge difference and help you feel your best! I will develop an exercise program that is tailored to your goals, schedule and needs. Coaching Includes: - Monthly 15-20 minute coaching call (optional) - Weekly workout plan via app (can be done at home or gym) - Pelvic floor rehab exercises - Educational content about exercise in the postpartum period - Behavior-based, habit tracking coaching via app (optional) Fitness coaching is for you if you are wanting great workouts and accountability, but feel like you have the nutrition part under control! Pricing: - 3 months: $325 - 6 months: $600
